Dr. Markus has taken time away from his practice to campaign against the ADA and FDA to try to get the use of mercury fillings banned, and to mandate dentists be trained in cautionary techniques to be employed to remove these toxic (human and environmental) fillings.
Dr. Markus was trained in implant technique by the originator of the modern day titanium implant, Dr. Branemarck’s Implant mini-residency in 1988. He routinely publishes articles about dental implants.
