Teeth in a Day (throw your dentures away) - The FDA has now given its seal of approval to immediate loading of lower implants. This means that if you are wearing a lower denture, and you want to convert to dental implants to retain your denture, you will not have to wait 4-6 months until you have teeth. On the day of your implant surgery, you will go home with (temporary) teeth attached to your implants.
