Closing Spaces Between Teeth People with gaps between their teeth don't give the first impression of intelligence. The Smile Lift Taking this a step further, we have the "Smile Lift". Here, there are two missing upper teeth, a space between the front teeth, which were filled several years ago with composite resin (white bonded) fillings, and the patient was ready to take her smile to the next level. Any sort of treatment in our office can be performed under sedation. The Smile Lift  literally changed this woman's life. She now smiles wherever she goes. You must see the after pictures here!

Ceramic Crowns to Eliminate Metal at the Gum Line Don't let your teeth make you look older than you are. Another typical problem that we can treat is when you can see the metal beneath your crowns on front teeth like in this picture. Every crown we make for front teeth is made without metal underneath. Straightening Crowded Crooked Teeth People often move forward into adulthood, without having been able to receive the orthodontics they should have had as children. When the jaw is crowded, teeth erupt in unusual positions, and the individual often is embarrassed to laugh or smile. The change in confidence, and beauty is inescapable. Straightening "VERY" Crowded Teeth: Instant Orthodontics Then there are more severe cases, like this one, where there is obviously the need to take teeth out, as an orthodontist would recommend. However, our treatment varies from their's at this point. A temporary bridge is inserted, we allow six months for the bone to fill the extraction sites, and then fabricate a permanent bridge. To see other cases like this one, go to our "Instant Orthodontics" page. It's not really instant, the final result does take 6 or more months, but compared with 2-3 years in braces. However, with the temporary bridge cemented shortly after the extractions are done, one cannot deny this result is instantaneous. It isn't really Orthodontics, no braces are ever worn. You can understand that when these photographs have been shown to board certified orthodontists, they say "WOW!"

Severe Wear When the teeth start to wear, it is a sign of imbalance. You wouldn't drive around on bald tires would you? The exposed dentin on these teeth wears 6-10 times faster than enamel, and as it wears out, the enamel shell around it cracks off. Porcelain veneers and crowns corrects these problems. Click here.

Dental Fluorosis Dental fluorosis is an irreversible condition caused by excessive ingestion of fluoride during the tooth forming years. The damage to these cells results in a mineralization disorder of the teeth, whereby the porosity of the enamel is increased and the mineral content decreased. Click here.
