Closing Spaces Between Teeth
This case was completed with a dental makeover in less than 3 hours by shortening
the front teeth, lengthening the lateral incisors next to them,
and closing the space between the front teeth with direct bonding. Gap teeth can easily be closed with a dental makeover from The Centre For Dentistry.

These results were achieved first by bleaching her teeth. It
is always best to wait at least a week after bleaching
before completing treatment, to allow the shade to "settle. " This
extremely inexpensive procedure was accomplished
in one short visit, without anesthesia. Bonding
resin was carefully added to the teeth on either
side
of the gap. It is very important to start the procedure
beneath the gum, so that the teeth emerge gracefully
from
the gums. If this cautionary step is not taken,
a ledge is formed at the tooth-filling interface which
can decay rapidly, or promote periodontal disease.
